How to request account deletion

To delete your BookWall student, teacher, or school account, contact the BookWall administrator and include the email address or Request ID used during registration.

The administrator will verify the request and delete or anonymize the account data connected to your registration.

Data deleted

• Name, email address, phone number, country, and registration details.
• Student, teacher, or school account status.
• Learning access records connected to the account.

Data that may be kept

Some records may be kept when required for payment, fraud prevention, security, legal, tax, or administrative reasons. Where possible, retained records are limited or anonymized.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are normally reviewed within 30 days after the administrator receives enough information to identify the account.
