Digital Learning Products
BookWall Class sells digital education products and online access. Because digital materials can be accessed immediately after approval, refunds are reviewed according to the status of access and the reason for the request.
Refund Eligibility
- If payment was made but access was not provided, the customer may request a refund or access correction.
- If the wrong product or subscription was purchased, contact support as soon as possible for review.
- If a technical issue prevents access and BookWall cannot resolve it, a refund may be approved.
- After digital materials have been opened or downloaded through approved access, refunds may be limited.
Subscriptions and Courses
Monthly, 3-month, 6-month, 9-month, and 12-month learning access plans can be reviewed by the administrator. Refunds for unused access periods are handled case by case.
How to Request a Refund
Contact BookWall support with your name, email, payment date, order or request ID, and the reason for the refund request. Refund requests are normally reviewed within 7 to 14 business days.
