Creem Payment Terms
These terms explain how BookWall Class uses Creem checkout for approved learning access, subscriptions, certificates, and digital materials.

What Creem payments cover
| Student access | Monthly, 3-month, 6-month, 9-month, and 12-month student learning access after administrator approval. |

| Teacher access | Teacher dashboard access to approved lessons, books, music, worksheets, class materials, and learning tools. |
| School licenses | Institution, school, university, or course access based on the approved license request and student count. |
| Digital materials | Digital books, reading, writing, grammar, listening, flashcards, tests, bundles, and shop materials. |
| Certificates | Certificate issue fee after exam result, administrator approval, and payment confirmation. |
Pricing before checkout
BookWall Class shows prices before registration and checkout. USD is the base pricing currency. Creem or another enabled payment provider may show a local currency, taxes, or provider fees according to the customer country, payment method, and provider rules.
Checkout and access
| Secure checkout | Creem processes checkout on its own secure payment flow when the Creem payment link is selected. |

| Approval | After payment, BookWall Class may require administrator confirmation before protected dashboards and materials open. |
| Delivery | Approved digital access is delivered inside the student, teacher, or school dashboard. Direct redistribution or public sharing is not allowed. |
| No card storage | BookWall Class does not intentionally store full card numbers. Payment details are handled by the payment provider. |
Refunds, privacy, and service terms
Refund requests are reviewed according to the BookWall Refund Policy. Customer information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Use of BookWall Class is governed by the Terms of Service.
