Conditions for using BookWall Class
| Service | BookWall Class provides online English learning access, digital books, lessons, worksheets, games, tests, school resources, and certificates. |

| Registration | Students, teachers, schools, universities, courses, and learning centers may register. Protected learning materials open only after payment or free access confirmation and administrator approval. |
| Digital materials | Users may use approved materials for learning and teaching. Copying, reselling, publicly sharing, redistributing, scraping, or bypassing access controls is not allowed. |
| Payments | Payments may be processed by supported providers such as Stripe, Creem, PayPal, Paddle, Payoneer, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or other enabled checkout services. |
| Schools and institutions | Institutions must provide accurate student counts, teacher counts, contact details, license information, and any required permissions for their learners. |

Refund Policy
Conditions for returning payment
| Digital access | Because digital learning materials may open immediately after approval, refund requests are reviewed based on access status and the reason for the request. |

| Eligible cases | A refund or access correction may be considered if payment was made but access was not provided, the wrong product was purchased, or a technical issue cannot be resolved. |
| Subscriptions | Monthly, 3-month, 6-month, 9-month, and 12-month plans are reviewed case by case for unused access periods. |
